Work included 644 residential bathroom units and extensive finish installations across premium amenity areas featuring entertainment lounges, hospitality spaces, wellness environments, recreational facilities, and social gathering areas, including a bowling alley, bar spaces, steam room, pool area, barbecue spaces, and multiple resident lounges.

Capacity & Size: The project includes a 37,000-square-foot main sanctuary designed for over 4,000 people, with total building space reaching 250,000 square feet.
Design: The building is a 5-level structure, designed with imported limestone, granite, and bronze accents.

Interior finish work supporting the conversion of 90 John Street into a residential property, including work across 144 kitchen units and 144 bathroom units. The project emphasized quality installation, modern materials, and coordinated execution throughout a large-scale residential environment.
